About the role:

This role is critical in providing technical support to our employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

We expect the candidate to be responsible on all hardware related areas in Driivz including preparing laptops / Macbooks for employees, upgrades, and installing any hardware.

In addition, the candidate is expected to bring automation knowledge, upgrade & enhance current processes and offer new ways to execute tasks according to his experience and knowledge in AI tools (Copilot & Claude preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility over internal IT support, tickets and assistance .
• Maintain the company's internal environment & SAAS applications (in collaboration).
• Network management, monitoring, and configurations (in collaboration).
• Keep track on asset management, hardware lifecycle, office equipment and meeting rooms.
• Manage, monitor and execute end to end onboarding process - user creation, permissions assignment, Laptop preparation, equipment assignment & station setup.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Automate IT support & security related tasks.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years experience as an IT Engineer - A MUST!
• 4-6 years of experience in supporting high-tech environment or equivalent (SAAS Apps).
• Experienced with analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SSO, Network, printers, conference rooms, Wi-Fi and other IT systems – A must!
• 3+ years of experience supporting company devices using MDM (Intune preferred).
• Experienced with Ticketing systems, tracking, escalations, and communications with employees.
• Experienced in writing scripts & automations (PowerShell, Python, PowerAutomate or similar)
• Experience with network devices (switches, FW, routers).
• Deep Experience with Windows and MacOS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Experienced with SAAS IDP configuration, SAML integrations (EntraID Preferred) etc.
• Experienced with EDR, SIEM and AntiSpam systems.
• Experienced with backup tools (SAAS, Local) and restore processes - advantage.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
