We’re looking for a forward-thinking HR Operations Team Manager to lead our HR operations and information systems. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and oversee the management of our HRIS and people data platforms. You’ll lead a team that delivers efficient, accurate, and scalable HR services, ensuring great employee experiences and strong business impact.

As An HR Operations Team Manager, You Will

• Lead and develop the HR Operations team, ensuring service quality and process efficiency.
• Oversee HRIS management, system optimization, and data integrity across HR platforms.
• Partner with People Analytics to deliver insights that inform strategic workforce decisions.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation within HR.
• Maintain and enhance HR documentation, policies, and enablement resources.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional teams to support global operations.
  
  

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven experience leading HR Operations, HRIS, or shared services teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR systems certification preferred.
