IS Manager

Take the lead in shaping the future of infrastructure operations across a global robotics enterprise. As IS Global Infra Operations Lead, you will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing IT services across cloud, network, and core infrastructure. This is a business-critical role with global impact, supporting 7500 employees across 50 countries and 150 sites.

The position is global and the preferred locations are Poland, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden and China.

Your Responsibilities

You will lead a high-performing team and act as the central point for infrastructure service delivery across the enterprise. Working closely with Cloud Architecture, Workplace, and Information Security teams, you will ensure cohesive, compliant, and efficient service outcomes. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, vendor performance, and continuous improvement across all infrastructure domains.

• Define and execute the global infrastructure operations strategy spanning cloud, networking, and on-prem environments, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Lead and develop high-performing Cloud Ops, Network, and Service Desk teams, driving operational excellence across global locations and time zones.
• Own SLAs, KPIs, and service quality for all infrastructure services, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Govern core ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Level, CMDB) and drive automation to optimize service delivery and efficiency.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, oversee service desk operations, and provide executive-level reporting on service health and strategic initiatives.
  
  

Your Background

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure and operations
• Proven track record managing large-scale service delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM platforms, and vendor ecosystems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Experience navigating complex vendor relationships and global service environments
