We’re seeking a results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with regional HR stakeholders, shape our recruiting strategy, and drive the selection of best-in-class talent across our hospitality and F&B operations worldwide.
The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing scalable recruitment strategies that attract top talent across regions. This role does not have direct reports but works cross-functionally with regional HR teams, hiring managers, and executives. You will own the end-to-end candidate experience, drive the implementation and optimization of our ATS, and ensure alignment with company goals, employer brand, and compliance standards. A strong background in hospitality and food & beverage recruitment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and regional needs.
- Establish hiring benchmarks, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines.
- Partner with regional HR stakeholders to understand local talent markets, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
- ATS Implementation and Optimization
- Define standardized workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve efficiency, reporting, and compliance.
- Train regional teams on ATS usage, recruitment processes, and data integrity.
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection
- Design multi-channel sourcing strategies (career sites, job boards, social media, campus recruiting, referrals, partnerships) focused on hospitality and F&B talent.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing guidance, assessment criteria, and decision-making processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and other metrics; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with regional HR leaders, hiring managers, and external partners (agencies, universities, hospitality networks).
- Provide consultative support on job design, compensation benchmarks, and market insights to accelerate hiring without compromising quality.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Champion an employee value proposition for hospitality and F&B roles; enhance the candidate journey from awareness to offer.
- Collaborate with internal team to amplify employer brand across regions and channels.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
- Produce regular analytics and reports for leadership on funnel metrics, sourcing effectiveness, and regional performance.
- Process Improvement and Change Management
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes, standardize practices, and drive adoption of new tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality and/or food & beverage industries.
- Experience implementing and optimizing an ATS (familiarity with comeet and hibob is an advantage) and managing recruitment workflows.
- Proven ability to design and execute global or regional recruiting strategies with a strong focus on quality hires and sourcing efficiency.
- Deep understanding of hospitality talent markets, including front-of-house, kitchen, culinary, events, and operations roles.
- Strong data analytics and storytelling skills; able to translate metrics into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project-management abilities.
