AI Project Manager

We're looking for an AI Project Manager to own the day-to-day execution and operations of our LLM-powered features. You'll coordinate across Israel and US teams (dev, devops, data operations, clinical SMEs) to translate requirements into shipped features.

This is hands-on work: you'll apply our prompt engineering methodology, write SQL queries to pull and validate data, configure production systems, build automation workflows, and manage projects through to release.

This role offers rare exposure to applied AI in healthcare at an early-stage company. You'll learn our proprietary approach, work directly with clinical experts, and see immediate impact on patient care workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product on feature prioritization, scoping, and planning
• Manage AI feature projects end-to-end, coordinating across Israel dev teams, US devops and data ops, and clinical SMEs
• Write clear technical tickets and track progress to ensure timely delivery
• Apply our prompt-engineering workflow: convert schemas into prompts, build test datasets, run experiments, analyze results, and refine outputs with clinical feedback
• Configure features in production environments and validate releases across multiple scenarios
• Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and verify data
• Build automation workflows to streamline prompt testing and deployment pipelines

Requirements

• ~3 years of relevant experience (military experience counts)
• Background working with data or in data analysis
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs through projects, experimentation, or professional work
• Proven project-management skills: tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and meeting deadlines
• SQL querying and Python for data manipulation (AI-assisted is totally acceptable)
• Fast learner with the ability to independently pick up new tools using AI and self-directed exploration
• Strong ownership mindset — you take projects end-to-end
• Self-aware, not afraid to ask questions, and committed to closing knowledge gaps
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English

Nice to Have

• Python development experience for internal toolbuilding
• Experience in healthcare or clinical environments
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools
• Background in technical or project-management roles
