Procurement Coordinator - 5473

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator for a leading technology company located in Petah Tikva

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end procurement management: from requesting price quotes to final delivery to the customer.
• Contacting suppliers in Israel and abroad, obtaining quotes, performing price comparisons, and preparing quotations for customers.
• Transferring quotations to the sales representative and the customer, and providing support until receiving approval for the order.
• Full operational handling of the order in Priority and Monday systems: issuing customer orders and purchase orders, tracking arrival of goods, goods receiving, issuing delivery notes, and coordinating delivery with the customer.
• Maintaining complete and up-to-date documentation of all stages of the process in company systems.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in procurement/supply chain fields.
• Practical and in-depth understanding of supply chain processes from order initiation to customer delivery.
• Proficiency with Priority / Monday platforms - an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
• High service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and ability to work with multiple internal and external interfaces.
