Technical Product Manager

I’m hiring for a fast-growing cybersecurity startup that’s revolutionizing the industry with a groundbreaking product. The company develops advanced intelligence and security solutions used globally, and this role is an opportunity to take part in shaping a product that truly makes an impact.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Product Management team and lead one of the most strategic and high-impact domains in the platform. This is a hands-on position that combines creativity, technical depth, and strong execution — turning ideas into real, working products.

What you’ll do:

• Lead product definition, design, and delivery for complex cybersecurity and intelligence solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute on key business and product goals, driving them from ideation to launch.
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear PRDs and UX flows, and manage the full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and other internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful feature delivery.
• Participate in technical discussions, advocate for customer needs, and balance trade-offs to ensure both speed and quality.

What you bring:

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Strong background in intelligence, cybersecurity, or mobile domains (military or government experience – advantage).
• Proven experience managing full products (not just features) and a strong understanding of user journeys and system flows.
• Hands-on technical orientation and ability to discuss system design, data paths, and technical architecture with R&D.
• Experience with Figma (flows/wireframes) and Jira (delivery).
• Deep understanding of identity & access, zero-trust, and network security concepts.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Organized, self-driven, and highly collaborative team player.
• Technical background (Developer or Security Analyst) – major advantage.
