Junior Business Applications Specialist (Salesforce)

TITAN is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Business Applications & IT Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s passionate about systems, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of internal tools and processes, especially around Salesforce and our internal platform, TITAN

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal support for business applications, primarily Salesforce and TITAN
• Manage user provisioning: open/close user accounts and permissions
• Support internal teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, Finance, CS) with system-related tasks and integrations
• Coordinate and execute changes in the TITAN portal based on team needs
• Document processes and help onboard new users to internal tools
• Serve as a bridge between business and tech - translating needs into system actions

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with Salesforce Flow (admin-level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field - not mandatory, but an advantage
• Quick learner with the ability to understand TITAN’s internal platform
• Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills - ability to work with multiple departments
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
• Hebrew - an advantage, but not required
• Availability for flexible working hours
