Production & Assembly Line Manager

A leading defense industry company is seeking an experienced Production & Assembly Line Manager to lead and supervise teams in an advanced and controlled industrial environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage 15–40 employees across production and assembly lines
• Oversee recruitment, training, and certification of employees
• Plan schedules, shifts, and ensure adherence to productivity and quality targets
• Work according to ISO standards and EHS safety procedures
• Lead process improvements, monitor materials and equipment, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and HR

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing production/assembly lines in industry (defense, electronics, pharma, chemical, etc.)
• Proven experience managing large teams
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
• Practical Engineer or Engineer in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or Chemistry
