Cloud & Systems Administrator

A well-established and successful company in the capital markets world is looking for a Cloud & Systems Administrator with a strong Azure capabilities and compliance awareness to manage hybrid environments, support unified communications (PBX/VoIP/Softphone), and ensure system compliance, audit readiness, BCP and DR execution for Israel operations.

The role is 65% System & Infrastructure operations and 35% Compliance and audit evidence ownership (IL regulatory focus).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and on-prem systemsc
• Administer Azure workloads, networking, security controls, automation, monitoring, and IAM (Entra ID/Azure AD)
• Support PBX/VoIP/Softphone infrastructure, telephony routing, SIP, troubleshooting
• Maintain and validate Backups, BCP documentation, and Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness, including testing and evidence collection
• Maintain system compliance artifacts (audit evidence, logs, inventories, architecture, approvals, runbooks)
• Support ICT regulatory requests (IL focus) and provide audit-ready documentation
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and participate in onboarding/offboarding, access control and system hardening
• Automation skills in PowerShell and Bash nice to have
  
  

• 3+ years experience in Cloud & System Administration in a regulated or corporate environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Linux
• Experience with VoIP, SIP trunking, softphone platforms, telephony support.
• Understanding of ICT compliance, audit evidence collection, BCP/DR execution
• Strong documentation, ownership and cross-team communication skills
• Familiarity with trading environments and MetaQuotes MT4/MT5 infrastructure - advantage
• Languages: Hebrew & English – professional proficiency - required
