Clear Edge is partnering with a growing, innovative slots studio to hire a Senior Slots Producer. This role is ideal for an experienced slots specialist who can guide game vision, shape production strategy, and support the delivery of high-impact social casino titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring your experience and creativity to help define new slot game concepts.
• Advise on slot delivery strategy for a mobile social casino app.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and player expectations.
• Analyse product and competitor performance to identify improvements.
• Shape and review mechanics, themes, reel strips, and combination sheets.
• Work closely with R&D to ensure games are delivered on time and within scope.
• Partner with Analytics to optimise designs and boost KPIs.
• Offer input on hiring, development, and performance of slot designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and evolving slot mechanics.
• Support additional production or consulting tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Game Design with strong slots expertise (preferably social casino).
• 1+ year in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of slot mathematics and RTP modelling.
• Proven experience creating game concepts and math models.
• Effective cross-team collaborator with excellent communication skills.
• Innovative, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Deep knowledge of slot genres, mechanics, and social casino styles.
• High integrity, proactive mindset, and comfortable in semi-structured environments.
• Able to work both independently and within a team.
