We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our dynamic team, specializing in guest and crew claims. The Claims Coordinator will play a critical role in evaluating and processing claims related to incidents involving both guests and crew members, ensuring fair and efficient resolution.

We’re looking for a Claims Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced team that supports both crew and guests across the maritime industry. You’ll be at the heart of it all — from email investigations to coordinating with cruise lines and shipboard doctors.

️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer emails from staff, cruise lines, and guests — your inbox will be your command center.
• Team up with onboard doctors to support crew medical claims and repatriation cases.
• Dig into guest and crew claims like a detective, gathering info and assessing coverage.
• Manage databases, process payments, and keep everything shipshape.
• Take initiative with other tasks your manager might toss your way (no two days are the same)!
  
  

• AA Degree or strong experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years in guest or crew maritime claims? Even better!
• You know your way around a claims file and love solving problems.
• Strong writing, typing, math, and MS Office skills (especially Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great under pressure.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn — a must!
• Able to handle confidential materials with discretion.
