About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for building, improving,

and creating products - someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and work hands-on.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, dynamic team in a fast-moving

environment and influence a product that changes the way people manage their insurance

and savings.

What You’ll Do:

● Lead end-to-end feature development – from ideation to launch

● Write detailed product specifications (SPECS)

● Create flows and wireframes to map user journeys

● Work closely with design, development, and operations teams

● Collect and analyze user feedback for continuous product improvement

● Prioritize tasks based on business and product goals

● Identify new opportunities and propose creative solutions

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager – mandatory

● Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

● Hands-on experience writing SPECS, building flows, and wireframes – mandatory

● Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with development teams

● High analytical skills combined with creative thinking

● Passion for hands-on execution and a real drive to lead and make an impact

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small, high-quality

team

Nice to Have:

● Experience in startups

● Experience in fintech products

● Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
