We’re seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to strategize, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for a portfolio of fast-growing global brands.

• Key Responsibilities

Strategize, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.

Develop audience segmentation strategies, ad creatives, and bidding approaches to maximize ROI and ROAS.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Manage advertising budgets efficiently to meet growth, profitability, and performance targets.

Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

• Requirements

Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (agency or eCommerce experience is a plus).

Strong analytical mindset with excellent optimization and testing skills.

Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous learning.
