About This Vacancy

• Purpose of The Role:** As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for key-client projects and key-strategic initiatives, identifying solution domains, solving problems, and ensuring execution excellence. You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners, PMO members, engineers, and product leaders on a wide range of issues, understanding concepts, finding solutions, and designing and implementing key components. **Your Role and Responsibilities:** - Perform the role of Project Manager for medium to large-scale projects. - Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules. - Develop detailed designs, plans, monitor progress, and write reports. - Utilize content management systems and project management software. - Report and provide updates to the Project Director and PMO. - Guide functional and technical teams while maintaining the solution vision and design principles. - Manage all client communications and relationships across various teams at different levels. - Collaborate with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases. - Offer advice on the roadmap and enhancement selection. - Supervise and guide the development team. - Prepare all necessary documents for project activity follow-up (e.g., reports, invoicing, planning, information management). - Ensure successful project closure, achieving targeted milestones in terms of completion, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. - Manage project modifications during the execution phase. - Align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• You have an M.Sc. in Engineering fields or Computer Sciences and 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and MS Projects
• Practical experience with content management systems and project management software
• PMP® or other Project Management certifications are a plus
• Experience with Data Governance is a plus
• Excellent interface and communication skills (extensive collaboration with partners and client-company back offices)
• Fluent in English and Italian; French would be a plus.
