System Analyst

Job Description:

PassportCard is seeking a talented to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing IT systems to meet business needs.

The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the end-to-end development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders
• Write functional and technical specifications (High-Level & Detailed Design)
• Understand and map complex business processes
• Collaborate with development, QA, integration, and architecture teams
• Support projects from initiation to implementation
• Identify process gaps and organizational solutions
• Provide ongoing support post-implementation

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and specification writing
• Strong understanding of complex business and technical processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and effectively
• Relevant academic background – Computer Science / Industrial Engineering / Information Systems – advantage
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies – advantage
