Key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and handoff.
- Create experiences that simplify complex user flows such as donations, fund management, tax documentation, and campaign tracking.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing for both individual donors and nonprofit teams.
- Develop and maintain a scalable, accessible design system across platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Ensure a consistent visual language and user experience across mobile and web.
- Continuously improve designs based on feedback, analytics, and business priorities.
Requirements
- :3 years of experience in product design (Web + Mobile), with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI thinking and execution
- .Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems
- .Experience working on fintech or SaaS products
- .Strong UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- .Experience working in agile product environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- .Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English
