Our Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support data-driven decision making, strategic planning, and operational excellence. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis, lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, and support reporting activities that guide critical business decisions. You will also play a key role in process improvement, quality initiatives, change management, and performance evaluation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex, cross-functional data models to identify insights and business impacts.
• Apply advanced analytical skills to solve a wide range of strategic and operational challenges.
• Develop innovative data solutions and present recommendations to senior leaders.
• Build business cases to support strategic initiatives and organizational changes.
• Collaborate closely with Directors, Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
• Manage large, cross-functional projects or initiatives from planning through execution.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and direction to other business analysts as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in:
• Financial analysis and budgeting
• SAP financial transactions (e.g., KB01, KB65, KB61)
• Analysis for Office
• Power BI
• Advanced Excel
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of analytical methods, modeling techniques, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to develop compelling business cases and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Strong influencing skills to secure buy-in from cross-functional leaders.
• Project management experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, or similar tools.
• Adaptability in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
