UX Researcher

Overview:

Seeking a collaborative and curious UX Researcher to partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, streamline internal processes, and enhance our tools. In this role, you’ll enable data-driven decision making by uncovering actionable insights and shaping strategies that drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user and business needs, mapping workflows, and translating research into clear, practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research with both internal users and customers
• Analyze behavioral and attitudinal data to identify pain points, unmet needs, and improvement opportunities
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and UX, ensuring alignment and clarity
• Conduct research using methods such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, journey mapping, blueprinting, and concept testing
• Synthesize research into concise insights and present them in context to cross-functional teams
• Apply human-centered design principles to develop journey maps, personas, and jobs-to-be-done frameworks
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to integrate user feedback throughout the product lifecycle
• Work within an Agile environment, coordinating research activities across sprints
• Document internal processes and tools to support transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX Research experience
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Design, or related field
• Strong understanding of wireframes, user flows, and process flows
• Experience with unmoderated testing and prototyping tools
• Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and openness to feedback

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments
• Deep experience with journey mapping and/or service blueprinting
• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, UserZoom/UserTesting, QuestionPro, Recollective, Figma, FullStory, Medallia, and Microsoft Suite
