Network Specialist - 5482

A leading technology company located in Yakum is seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist with deep expertise in network infrastructure, architecture, and enterprise communication environments. This role involves full technical ownership of the organization's communication domain, including the design, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of complex network systems. The position requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on technical experience, and the capability to collaborate closely with senior technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex communication infrastructures including LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, with a focus on performance optimization and network stability.
• Manage and maintain networking equipment such as switches, firewalls, and routers from leading vendors including Cisco, Fortigate, Juniper, and Palo Alto.
• Plan and deploy advanced Routing and Switching solutions, including high availability, network segmentation, and hardened configurations.
• Handle Tier 3–4 network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long term solutions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Lead organization-wide infrastructure projects related to network communication while collaborating with IT, security, development, and integration teams.
• Monitor network performance using leading monitoring tools, analyze logs, and identify anomalies or risks.
• Enhance network security in cooperation with cybersecurity teams, implement policies, and develop updated procedures.
• Provide high level technical support and professional consultation to internal stakeholders in real time.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or communication roles in medium or large scale environments.
• Deep knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching, and advanced network optimization methodologies.
• Proven experience working with Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate, Palo Alto, or similar network equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex Tier 3–4 incidents in sensitive production environments.
• Strong understanding of common protocols such as BGP, OSPF, STP, MPLS, QoS.
• Advantage: experience with network architecture design, multi site connectivity, and high availability solutions.
• Advantage: experience with monitoring systems such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and broad technological perspective.
• High level of English proficiency.
