A leading organization in the utilities and energy sector is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide compliance programs. This role ensures data accuracy across multiple systems, maintains compliance requirement inventories, and develops scalable processes that uphold ongoing regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities

Data Management & System Updates

• Insert, validate, and maintain compliance-related data across enterprise systems.
• Reconcile compliance requirement inventories and commitments across platforms such as MetricStream, SAP, and cNet.
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure audit readiness.

Process Development & Sustainability

• Design, document, and enhance workflows for compliance data governance and inventory management.
• Develop procedures to sustain long-term system maintenance and ensure traceability of regulatory requirements.

Compliance Reporting & Analytics

• Analyze compliance data to identify trends, insights, and emerging risks.
• Provide clear, actionable reporting to business and compliance partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Compliance Programs, IT, and operational teams to support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
• Support audit processes by providing accurate data, documentation, and system insights.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance-related function.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and data management skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Background in Finance.
• Experience with SAP Work Management and Financial Programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
