About the Position

We're looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our Field and Networking support team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out in the field working with our wireless sites, helping build new ones and keeping existing ones running smoothly. Your work directly affects the performance of our network, so you'll have real impact on the company’s day-to-day success.

What You’ll Do

• Take part in building new sites and handling on-site maintenance for active ones.
• Spot, investigate, and solve issues across our production hardware.
• Support the NOC team with link and switch configuration and general service management.
• Bring new links and sites online within set timelines, even when the setup gets tricky.
• Make sure sites and links are fully up and healthy after any installation or maintenance.
• Work with both NOC and R&D teams, helping surface issues clearly and efficiently.
• Partner with developers to dig into tough technical problems and find solid solutions.
• Join a 24/7 on-call rotation to help keep the network stable and responsive.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Professional Services Engineer in a communications environment.
• Strong networking background: configuring and troubleshooting switches and routers, plus hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, ARP, TCP/IP, VPN, NAT and related tools.
• Comfortable working with Linux.
• Skilled at identifying, analyzing, and fixing faults across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Some familiarity with Python.
• Strong understanding of hardware, especially antennas and broadcast equipment.
• Knowledge of data-center electrical infrastructure such as PDU and UPS.
• Someone who communicates well, works well with others, and likes digging into complex problems.
• Excellent English for working with global teams and writing technical documentation.
