Electronics Engineer

Beth-El Industries Ltd. (www.beind.com) is seeking a highly motivated Electronics Engineer to engage in research and development in a dynamic environment and take part in complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Design and production of prototypes, performing electronic circuit tests, and developing new products.
• Development and review of schematics, PCB layouts, and system architecture.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for integration in the electronic design process.
• Evaluate components and materials in terms of performance, reliability, efficiency, and cost.
• Support product verification, certification, and documentation processes.
• Diagnose and provide solutions for hardware issues in both prototypes and production units.
• Willingness to learn and implement innovative updates as required.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or an equivalent field, from a well-known university (Technion / Tel Aviv University / Ben Gurion University)
• 2+ years of experience in electronic circuit design and development (junior roles also considered).
• Proficiency in schematic and PCB design tools (Altium Designer).
• Proven knowledge in analog/digital circuit design, embedded systems, and signal integrity.
• Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and power management circuits.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Advantages for candidates with:

• Experience in EMC design, RF design, or IoT product development.
• Familiarity with firmware development (C/C++) or scripting for test automation (Python, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
