Riskified values design and makes every effort to provide a cohesive and unique experience across all mediums. Our design team works across all visual channels from application UX/UI to sales and marketing design needs. We're looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Designer to join our Marketing design team. In this role, you will be a key creative leader responsible for elevating our visual brand across all marketing channels. You won't just execute pixel-perfect designs; you will shape the creative strategy behind them. As a key player on our Marketing design team, you will be responsible for translating our powerful, complex technology into a compelling visual story that drives demand, accelerates our sales cycle, and solidifies our position as a market leader.

• Own the creative strategy and end-to-end design for high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives, from initial brief to final launch.
• Design and deliver exceptional cross-platform experiences, including new layouts, visuals, and illustrations that elevate the Riskified brand.
• Partner strategically with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product to define project goals, challenge assumptions, and deliver creative that drives business results.
• Adopt new and changing working AI methods to drive innovation.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other designers, helping to elevate the quality and consistency of the entire team's output.
• Drive design excellence by establishing best practices, refining workflows, and confidently presenting creative concepts and rationale to leadership.

• At least 5+ years of proven experience in marketing or brand design, preferably within a B2B tech environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing strategic, end-to-end projects with measurable business impact. We want to see not just beautiful visuals, but your thought process, from initial problem to final solution.
• Expert in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe creative suite applications
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools (Midjourney, etc.) to enhance creative workflows and explore innovative visual directions.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems through elegant design solutions. You are a strategic thinker who can connect design decisions directly to business goals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and strategy to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS - an advantage.
