Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer and AI Engineer at Glynac. The role involves leading the strategic development and implementation of technology solutions, directing the software development lifecycle, establishing an IT architecture framework, and driving innovation in AI technologies.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, driven CTO who thrives in a fast-growing environment and can build, scale, and iterate rapidly.

Day-to-day tasks include overseeing technical teams, enhancing product development, managing projects, and formulating long-term IT strategies. The CTO and AI Engineer will play a critical role in aligning the company's technical vision with its business goals and the compliance needs of wealth management clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development, with expertise in building scalable and secure platforms using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong experience in Product Development and Architecture, with the ability to design cutting-edge solutions and systems that align with market needs.
• Proven abilities in Project Management and IT Strategy, with a track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies and their application in operational, compliance, and analytics-driven environments.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build, innovate, and scale in a high-growth startup environment.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; experience in the wealth management or financial services industry is a plus.
