About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in owning and leading all financial operations of the company.

This is a position with real ownership and meaningful impact on both the team and the company’s success.

7737504What You’ll Do

• Full ownership of the company’s cash flow (t(run)ZRIM) and all financial movements
• Build and manage the company budget together with the CEO
• Manage end-to-end financial operations: invoices to customers, payments to suppliers, payroll coordination, and expense control
• Build and implement payment and expense approval procedures
• Produce real-time budget status reports, including variance analysis and departmental tracking
• Manage FP&A processes: planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Work with external payroll accountant, banks, auditors, and financial vendors
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, HR, Operations, and the CEO

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or similar roles
• Strong experience in building and managing complex budgets
• High proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and cash flow management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and clear analytical thinking
• English at a high level (writing, speaking, financial reporting)

Nice to Have

• Experience in hardware companies or manufacturing environments
• Experience building financial processes and systems from scratch
• Experience working with investors or board reporting
