New Product Introduction Manager

Global Tech Company Seeking Experienced NPI Manager – End-to-End Leadership Opportunity

A leading global high-tech company is looking for an experienced NPI Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction processes for one of its flagship Tier-1 customers.

This key role involves managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, working closely with global clients, and taking full ownership of all development phases through to mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team (Product, Process, System, and Manufacturing)

Drive all stages of the NPI lifecycle: Bring-Up, EVT, DVT, PVT through to Mass Production

Ensure Manufacturing Readiness including DFX implementation and Yield Improvement

Manage multiple interfaces across internal stakeholders and external global customers

Monitor and control KPIs related to quality, timeline, and cost

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Engineering – required | M.Sc. – an advantage

10+ years of experience in NPI / Manufacturing Engineering / Operations

Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and engineering leaders

Hands-on knowledge in PCBA assembly and system-level testing

High proficiency in English – written and verbal – is a must
