Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong foundation in Project Management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of project life cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports on progress, budget, and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong Project Management knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
• Knowledge of industry specific standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading large scale projects.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
