Position: Tour Operator/Project Coordinator

As a Tour Operator, you’ll play a key role in creating and managing unforgettable experiences for our international clients. You’ll handle logistics, reservations, and communications, ensuring every trip runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Position if full-time and on-site in Tel Aviv
• Coordinate all travel and event logistics, including hotels, transportation, and site visits
• Manage group bookings and handle pre-arrival arrangements
• Communicate with clients and suppliers via email and phone
• Oversee on-the-ground operations and ensure client satisfaction
• Create unique, tailor-made experiences for visiting groups

Qualifications

• Excellent English (spoken & written); additional languages – a strong plus
• Proven experience in travel, tourism, or events production
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Deep knowledge of Israel’s tourist attractions, routes, hotels, and travel logistics
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
