RSM Intern

Key Roles

This role will serve to assist RSM team for operational work especially required in activating the retail campaigns and liaising directly with the retailers and marketing agency.

Retail Management Process Follow-ups

• Work with the Key Account Manager and agency to produce POP artworks for relevant retail campaigns
• Participate in retail-specific e-commerce marketing calendar planning, managing visual creation or localization with the agency
• Upload local marketing designs to the OPA marketing system and follow up on brand management approvals
• Ensure designs are in line with Disney guidelines
• Prepare retail activation presentations for relevant retail occasions, aligned with franchise marketing planning
• Follow up on all accounting processes, including creating/extending new vendors in SAP and creating PO’s for each transaction under the supervision of the Key Account Manager
• Assist in preparing post-activation reports for retail activations
• Translate EMEA marketing and retail presentations into the local language where necessary
  
  

• Liaise with ABMs or junior buyers at retailers to maintain data/visual transfers during retail promotions or activations
• Liaise with store managers or visual merchandising managers at retailers for visual approval processes
• Attend pre- and post-meetings with retailers to be involved in most activation processes
  
  

• Graduate or fresh out of college (B.A. in Marketing preferred)
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Availability to work full time (100% workload), 4+1 (4 days in office and one day remote as per company policy in Israel).
