AI Team Leader

a global leader in data center infrastructure management, is seeking an AI Team Leader to lead a groundbreaking initiative: building and managing a virtual team of AI-powered development agents within a next-generation development framework.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and architect an AI-powered development environment
• Select and integrate AI development tools, agents, and frameworks
• Design workflows for code review, automation, testing, and task execution
• Translate requirements into architectures and agent-friendly tasks
• Supervise outputs from AI agents and human developers
• Develop best practices and guardrails for AI-assisted development
• Step in as a hands-on full-stack developer when needed
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience as a software team leader (R&D/product)
• Strong full-stack background (.NET, Angular, TypeScript, Python, Node.js)
• Solid SQL expertise including performance optimization
• Proven experience with CI/CD and development frameworks
• Practical experience with AI tools or agent-based development
• Strong architectural, analytical, and leadership skills
  
  

• Experience with LLM coding assistants (e.g., GPT agents, Copilot, Cursor)
• QA automation and guardrail design for AI-assisted code
• Microservices, distributed systems, or protocols like SNMP, BacNet, ModBus
