Procurement Coordinator - 5473

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator with full responsibility for managing the supply chain, from the initial request stage through the complete delivery of goods to the customer. This role involves working closely with suppliers, sales representatives, and customers, and requires a combination of strong operational capabilities, attention to detail, and deep understanding of procurement and logistics processes.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of the procurement process, from requesting quotes to final delivery to the customer.
• Contacting suppliers in Israel and abroad, obtaining price quotes, conducting price comparisons, and preparing customer quotations.
• Sending quotations to the sales representative and the customer, and providing ongoing support until receiving approval for the order.
• Full operational handling of orders in Priority and Monday systems: creating customer orders, purchase orders, tracking incoming shipments, receiving goods, issuing delivery notes, and coordinating delivery to the customer.
• Maintaining complete and up-to-date documentation of all process stages in the company systems.
• Providing full backup for Tal during vacations, with future integration into the ongoing task distribution within the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in a similar role in procurement or supply chain.
• Practical and in-depth understanding of supply chain processes from order to customer delivery.
• Proficiency in Priority / Monday is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent service orientation, strong interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work with multiple interfaces.
