Software Developer (C++)

Join a fast-moving, early-stage High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm operating with proprietary capital and building ultra-fast automated trading systems.

We work directly with global exchanges, maintain our own high-performance infrastructure, and develop technology that must operate at extreme speed and reliability.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain high-performance C++ systems
• Work on low-latency, high-throughput components in a real-time trading environment
• Collaborate on networking and infrastructure challenges
• Contribute to tools and scripts in Python and other languages as needed
• Participate in building internal GUIs and visualization tools
• Solve complex problems independently and bring new ideas to the table
• Explore optimization techniques, profiling, and system-level problem solving

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of experience in C++ development-Must
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn fast
• Experience in the world of HFT (high-frequency trading) –a significant advantage
• Knowledge of networking and network protocols- advantage
• Experience with low-latency systems or performance optimization- advantage
• Familiarity with Linux development environments- advantage
• Experience with server–client architectures-advantage
• Experience in development with Python and Java –advantage
• Exposure to AI development tools and workflows-advantage
• GUI development experience-advantage-advantage
