We are looking for a Service Manager to our Central Service Center in Petah Tikva.

📌 About the Role

As a Service Manager at Lexus, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead our service team, drive service excellence, ensure high-quality processes, and serve as a central figure in strengthening customer loyalty.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead and implement Lexus’ service philosophy and policies at the Petah Tikva Service Center
• Manage the service team (service advisors, coordinators, and service representatives)
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Lead the customer journey and service strategy; monitor service KPIs and quality metrics
• Analyze surveys, identify service gaps, and develop action plans to improve service performance
• Promote a culture of service excellence and enhance customer relationship practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a team in the service or sales field — must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Technical knowledge in the automotive field — advantage
• Proficiency in computer systems and report generation
