Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and advice across all project implementation and contracting matters, with a primary focus on subcontracting, equipment procurement, insurance, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and policies, while identifying and mitigating commercial and legal risks that affect project stakeholders.
• Deliver training on internal regulations and key contractual or commercial concepts critical to the organization’s business interests.
• Advise on risk assessment and provide in-depth analysis of related commercial issues.
• Actively engage in the negotiation of contracts with clients, joint ventures, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to interpret relevant laws, decrees, and other legal documents, ensuring the corporation’s interests are fully protected.
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous monitoring of corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading as a contract manager in Israel
• Expertise in supporting utility construction projects or working with engineering/commercial clients in heavy industrial manufacturing
• Ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team, operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced, multilingual, and multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive management, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English are required.
