Job Description

Our team builds and provides CyberArk's “Self-Hosted” secured interactive access to privileged accounts. The team’s mission is to protect sensitive assets, using a layer of isolation and control over privileged sessions, and to secure communication while practicing the highest security standards and providing the best possible user experience. 

We are looking for an outstanding Team Leader(TL) to join us in our journey to provide the most secure product to our customers.

CyberArk’s TL is leading a full R&D development team, which is responsible on its product from the idea till production. Using comprehensive soft and technical skills, the TL is responsible for the entire development cycle, from researching phase, through the development and testing, to a successful release to our customers. The team leader's responsibilities include building strong team spirit and enabling all team members to grow and develop. The TL works closely with the Product Owner, Group Manager, Product Manager and Customer Support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading an R&D Team
• 2+ years of C++ development experience
• Dedicated leader focused on team building and development
• Hands on development background
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Background in production environments and customer-focused thinking
• Self-motivated with strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative approach, comfortable working with global, cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Security, Support, etc.)
  
  

• C++ development experience on Windows.
• Knowledge of Windows internals.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams.
