Backend Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using C#.
• Work efficiently with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies to ensure data integrity and optimize performance.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and ensure their security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Work closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
• Act as the team’s Subject Matter Expert and support knowledge sharing across the department.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of active experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience in designing and developing robust RESTful APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Advantages:

• Extensive experience in C# and .NET framework.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization in high-traffic environments.
