Fullstack Developer

We are a stable and profitable startup based in Holon (Azrieli area), with a team of 15 people. All work is performed on-site from our office. 

The company develops four key platforms in the digital and advertising ecosystem, including a data-driven campaign management system, proprietary audience-matching tools, internal advertising event tracking, and a consumer gaming platform. 

As part of our small and agile R&D team, you will play a central role in shaping user-facing experiences and building high-quality fullstack features that power our core systems. You will also be responsible for developing new systems and features entirely from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React
• Collaborate with product and design teams to implement strong UI/UX principles across all platforms
• Develop and maintain fullstack features using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to support application functionality
• Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Operate in a cloud environment (primarily AWS) and follow modern CI/CD workflows
• Ensure code quality through clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Develop new features and components from scratch—owning functionality from concept to deployment
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Development and other team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with a strong emphasis on frontend web development
• Expert-level proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience turning design concepts into smooth, polished interfaces
• Solid experience with Node.js for backend development
• Strong understanding of database design, data structures, and working with SQL/NoSQL systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
