Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in automation development, who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about continuous learning and collaboration.

What will your job look like:

• Design, develop, debug, and maintain automation solutions using Python and Airflow
• Integrate and monitor workflows using Grafana for observability and alerting
• Work with Visa protocol (or similar) for secure data exchange and communication
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality automated systems
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation pipelines for performance and reliability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improvements in automation frameworks and tools
• Maintain clear documentation and knowledge sharing with team members
  
  

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in automation development
• Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of scripting and automation frameworks
• Solid experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Grafana or similar observability platforms
• Familiarity with the Visa protocol or other secure transaction protocols
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal)
• Demonstrated self-learning and problem-solving mindset
• Highly independent with strong accountability and time management
• Adaptable and open to feedback in a collaborative setting
  
  

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
