Role description

• Lead UX/UI efforts across all product phases (discovery, concept, production).
• Gather requirements, conduct market research, and create user flows, site maps, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Translate insights into high-fidelity platform designs that unify usability needs, brand vision, UI components, and backend requirements.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with engineers to validate feasibility.
• Deliver production-ready assets, including annotated wireframes for development handoff.
• Conduct design audits to ensure a high-quality user experience throughout implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing usability, interaction design, and platform quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing during all development stages (sprint planning, user story creation, QA reviews, product testing).
• Support Marketing design work at 10% of your time.

Required experience

• 3+ years of experience in web design, interactive design, and/or information architecture.
• A strong portfolio showing intuitive, engaging, and informative UI design.
• 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in research methods: competitive/comparative analyses, surveys, interviews, usability tests.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Experience in working with a team and taking part in sprints, direct collaboration with front-end engineers, and cross-functional communication with teams in the company.
• Fluency in the latest web standards and technologies.
• Independent problem solver who delivers elegant solutions and functional prototypes.
• Strong communicator and storyteller, able to present and clarify complex design ideas.
• Growth-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and flexibility.
• Versatile and adaptive in dynamic environments.
• Advantage: BA in Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
