LLM Team Lead

We’re looking for a Cross-Functional Team Lead to guide a multidisciplinary group of Frontend, Backend, Data, and AI/LLM engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong technical depth with team management and product delivery skills. You’ll translate strategic goals into technical execution, foster collaboration across disciplines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable systems.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team across multiple domains
• Translate product and business goals into clear technical plans and deliverables
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of production-grade systems
• Ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and DevOps to drive end-to-end delivery
• Guide AI/LLM-related development and integration into production environments
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

You'll be a great fit if you have...

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years leading teams
• Proven track record delivering complex, production-grade systems
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures and distributed systems
• Experience planning and prioritizing across multiple projects
• Background in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based applications — a plus
