Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to oversee our Python/Django development team. In this role, you will manage a group of developers, take ownership of the development process, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping our backend architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technological excellence

Qualifications

7 years of experience in Python and Django development – required

Strong proficiency in React – required

Proven and extensive experience in backend development, including work with complex and distributed systems

Experience working with Docker

• In-depth knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL – required, familiarity with MS SQL – an advantage
