Content Lead

Wonderful enables enterprises to build, test, deploy, and monitor AI agents for their most complex needs, serving customers and employees seamlessly across voice, chat, email, and back-office systems in any language or cultural context.

Content - the kind that creates value versus just communicating it - is a critical element in driving Wonderful’s brand and credibility. We’re looking for a hands-on senior content producer who can both write excellent content and run the planning and execution that turns ideas into predictable, high-quality output across channels. This leader will build and scale the content machine at Wonderful from scratch, in a high-visibility, high-impact role.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate on and drive content strategy and the editorial calendar across web, social and owned channels.
• Produce and edit high-impact content: blog posts, product pages, bylines, case studies, podcast scripts, and video scripts.
• Manage a team of content writers and freelancers — hire, mentor and maintain editorial standards.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO/GEO and distributed effectively to reach target audiences.
• Partner with designers, marketers, product and executive leadership to create content that drives credibility, value and thought leadership.
• Track content performance and continuously improve processes (briefing templates, review cycles, CMS workflows).
• Be a hands-on creator: lead by example with editorial craft across formats and contribute directly to flagship pieces.

• 3–4 years managing content teams or content operations in a top tech firm or equivalent environment.
• Comfortable across multiple mediums (text, video, podcast); excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong project management instincts and experience establishing content workflows.
• Experience with CMS, basic SEO, content analytics and working cross-functionally.
• A bias for impact: you can both ship and scale content reliably.
