Junior Technical Product Manager

A small and stable company in the digital advertising industry is looking for a Junior Technical Product Manager to join our growing team.

We’re seeking someone with 3–4 years of technical experience from the army, who has worked with mobile, desktop, advertising, or server-side technologies, and is eager to grow into a product management role.

Responsibilities:

• Support product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in QA, testing, and deployment of new tools and features.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of technical army experience (e.g., in development, IT systems, or technological operations).
• Strong technical orientation and understanding of mobile, advertising, or web technologies.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation to grow in a dynamic, product-oriented environment.
