Technical Product Enablement

We’re seeking an ambitious Technical Product Enablement for the Mobile/SDK domain.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Mobile R&D and Product teams, engaging with a variety of technologies and product areas. You’ll dive deep into new features, validate complex use cases, and strengthen the global support organization through knowledge sharing, investigation, and enablement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, and passionate about mobile development — someone who enjoys solving complex problems across Android, iOS, and cross-platform plugin development.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the global Support, Mobile R&D, and Product teams to drive technical enablement and readiness.
• Investigate, reproduce, and validate complex customer issues to support effective resolution.
• Build and deliver training sessions and technical materials to enhance global support knowledge.
• Maintain and expand the internal Knowledge Base, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Stay up to date with the latest and most widely used mobile frameworks.
• Provide feedback and actionable insights to Product and R&D based on real-world observations.
• Develop internal tools and utilities to support the team’s operations (note: this role does not involve coding in AppsFlyer products).
• Contribute to resolving advanced client cases that require in-depth technical investigation.
  
  

What You Have

• Strong technical foundation in mobile development (Android and iOS) and familiarity with cross-platform frameworks.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (up to 2 years of experience).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Autodidactic, fast learner with a process-oriented mindset.
• Passion for exploring and understanding complex systems in the mobile development ecosystem.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Programming experience with Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift, C#, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, Unity, React Native, or Flutter.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and HTTP protocols.
• Experience in technical support or product enablement roles.
