Job Description

The Learning & OD Student will be an integral part of the Tower Semiconductor L&OD team.

In this role, you will support the design and development of learning solutions, contribute to the implementation of digital learning through the LXP platform, and assist in creating engaging learning experiences across the organization. You will also help manage learning operations, analyze learning data, and coordinate training activities to ensure a smooth learning experience for employees.

This Job Is for You If:

• You collaborate with the Learning & Organizational Development team to design, develop, and update digital learning content — including e-learning modules, videos, and other materials within the LXP platform.
• You manage and support learning activities in LXP, ensuring courses are published correctly, user experience is smooth, and learning data is tracked and analyzed.
• You help drive the digital transformation of learning — optimizing online learning processes and using data to improve accessibility and decision-making.
• You prepare visual and engaging communication materials, such as infographics and presentations, to promote learning initiatives across the organization
• You coordinate training logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions, including scheduling, rosters, pre-work, and audiovisual setup.
• You provide support and guidance to employees and managers, answering learning-related questions and troubleshooting technical or system issues.
• You assist with needs assessments, onboarding programs, and compliance training to ensure organizational learning goals are met.
• You research and identify external vendors or speakers, request quotes, and support procurement processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s student in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field
• Bachelor’s student in Behavioral Sciences, Education, or related field, with military experience in training or instructional roles.
• Previous experience in L&D, OD, HR, or Instructional Designer – an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hebrew & English)
• Attention to detail and high sense of ownership
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Creative problem-solving and curiosity for continuous learning
• Ability to demonstrate composure under pressure and high-volume workload
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LXP’s
• Ability to assess L&OD needs across multiple departments
