I’m hiring for a tech company that’s building deep, complex products at the intersection of software, security, and mobile systems. We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead who’s passionate about technology, people, and impact — someone who loves coding, but also enjoys mentoring others and leading teams toward excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Be an active part of the team’s development work (around 50% hands-on at first) — code, review, and solve complex challenges.
  • Bring deep Android expertise and understand your team’s challenges from real experience.
  • Drive technical decisions, challenge assumptions, and introduce new ideas.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers — both technically and personally.
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and releases, ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
  • Act as the bridge between your team and upper management, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in OS internals R&D (Linux/Mobile a plus).
  • Proven experience leading development teams.
  • Deep knowledge of reverse engineering tools.
  • Familiarity with build systems – an advantage.
  • Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Go, C#, or Java.
  • Ability to translate technical vision into clear, actionable execution.
