We're Hiring – NOC Team Lead

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Network Operations & Monitoring Manager to lead a professional team in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a skilled NOC team responsible for real-time network monitoring and incident response.

Ensure smooth operations and service availability through proactive detection and resolution of issues.

Collaborate with internal IT, engineering, and support teams.

🛠️ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Operator – must

Hands-on experience with network monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)

Background in Help Desk or IT support

Strong ability to work under pressure and handle real-time incidents

High-level English – written and spoken

At least 2 years of managerial experience – a strong advantage
