Manual QA Engineer

About the Role

Join the core QA team of one of Israel’s leading insurance companies, with over 700 employees. The team works at a fast pace, managing diverse and complex projects, including major transitions to new platforms such as Salesforce.

What You'll Do:

• Writing and executing end-to-end test cases for complex CRM systems (not websites or mobile apps)
• Daily use of Monday
• Close collaboration with product managers, developers, and application support teams
• Supporting system implementation and go-live following QA phase

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer- Must
• Strong SQL skills, including writing advanced queries with joins- Must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independence, and fast analytical thinking- Must
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Systems or a related field)- Must
• Proven experience testing complex CRM systems- Advantage
• Experience with Salesforce- Advantage
• Background in financial or pension systems- Advantage
• Experience working in large organizations with diverse products- Advantage
