Job Overview

SolidCAM is accelerating its Engagedly platform implementation across teams in Israel and is looking for an Engagedly & OKR Implementation Coordinator to drive this initiative forward.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Engagedly or similar performance and engagement platforms, along with a solid understanding of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks. The role involves coordinating implementation tasks, managing data, supporting user onboarding, and ensuring smooth adoption across teams.

You will work closely with the Engagedly team, SolidCAM’s Israel teams, and global stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

·      Support all phases of Engagedly setup, testing, and rollout.

·      Coordinate with Engagedly’s support team and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines.

·      Configure and manage platform modules such as Performance, OKRs, Feedback, and Learning.

·      Act as the OKR point of contact, guiding teams on setup, alignment, and tracking.

·      Manage user data, permissions, and access settings.

·      Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports.

·      Provide first-line support during onboarding and testing.

·      Identify and communicate system improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·      2–5 years of experience in platform implementation, coordination, or project support.

·      Experience with Engagedly or similar SaaS tools.

·      Strong knowledge of OKR processes and goal management.

·      Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

·      Comfortable with data handling and online collaboration tools.

·      Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
